The legal name of this band is "Flashback Dance Band." The band is a sole proprietorship owned by Michael D. Holmes, and it's name is properly registered as a fictitious name with the Missouri Secretary of State.
As it may be used on this website, and only on this website, the word "Flashback" or "FDB" refer only to the Flashback Dance Band. No reference is intended to refer to or apply to any other band also named "Flashback" in St. Louis, MO or elsewhere. The Flashback Dance Band logo ("Logo") is comprised of the word "Flashback" (written in the Harlow Solid SB font style) in red type, immediately above and centered over the band's website address in black or white type. The Logo is the trademark and exclusive property of Flashback Dance Band. If you have contracted with the Flashback Dance Band and do not see my name, signature, personal address and phone number on your contract, you have not contracted with the real Flashback Dance Band.
